Return & Exchange Policy
30 DAY RETURN
Returned item(s) must be in original package and in salable condition. Provide copy of original receipt or order invoice. Your refund will be processed when we receive your item(s).
Shipping fees not refundable
We recommend placing a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange. When returning your item(s) to be exchanged, be sure to provide a copy of the original receipt or order invoice. Once we receive your package, we will refund your card for the original purchase.

Opened, DVDs, CDs may not be returned. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us. If credit card was used in purchase, the dollar amount will be refunded back to the purchaser's credit card.
Please note: We are not affiliated with any other business in the park and cannot accept returns of their merchandise; if you bought the item from us, our name (Hawaii Pacific Parks Association) will appear at the top of the receipt.
