Where do you ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park.

Which days do you ship on?

We ship our orders out 11:30 am HST Monday through Friday. Orders made after 11:15 am or on the weekends will be mailed out on the next business day.

Do you ship our orders on holidays and or weekends?

We do not ship orders out on holidays and weekends.

What shipping carrier do you ship with?

We ship all our orders with USPS. Ground Advantage (selected items) or Priority Mail.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is only offered for domestic orders totaling $75 or more.
